Chalet companies / nanny companies in ski resorts

We are hoping to take our 20 mth old DC skiing next March. Can anyone recommend ski companies that have a nursery / nanny facility, or nursery / nanny companies in ski resorts with English speaking staff?

Any tips about taking a toddler to a ski resort gratefully received!

Thanks

Last year we went to La Tania (in the Three Valleys) with Le Ski who have chalets and their own creche with English speaking staff (and they follow UK guidelines on staff/children ratios and staff are CRB checked etc.). We stayed in the chalet that had the creche on the ground floor (sorry, can't remember its name). Didn't even have to get DD into her outdoor gear to drop her off at the creche. Staff were great - texted us during the day to let us know what DD had been up to. Worked well for us - I'd recommend Le Ski.

For a change of resort, we're going to Obergurgl with Ski Esprit this year. They specialise in family ski holidays and have their own childcare etc. Never been with them before, but they're probably worth a look.
