Got a quote for next week (yay!)from Alpine Sports Warehouse which is much cheaper than the people recommended by my chalet hosts, I can't find any reviews of any of the hire shops online, so I thought I'd ask on here if anyone can help?

We used Francois baud freeride which are based right at the bottom of the pleney lift. You can leave all your skis and boots etc there every night, meaning you don't have to carry all the gear backwards and forwards!

Doorstep Skis are good and come to your chalet to fit and collect the equipment.

We have used doorstep skis last two times out there. Used Action Sports prior t that, they were reasonable enough but really like doorstep skis service.

Doorstep ski's were fab, cheaper than anyone elses on my trip (of 55) and totally hassle free. I had a problem with my bindings and they met me at the bottom if the gondola to fix, would have come up onto the slopes had i needed them to but it was the end of the day and i was heading down anyway. Highly recommend.
