Hotel Alphubel in Zermatt? Is it related to Saas Fee hotel?

We are big fans of Hotel Alphubel in Saas Fee but want to try Zermatt. So imagine my delight to find a Hotel Alphubel in Zermatt. On one site it mentions the Supersaxo family but its own website mentions a different name and has very little info. It doesn't even say if it has family rooms. Does anyone have experience of the Zermatt hotel? Or can anyone recommend a family hotel in Zermatt? We are living in Switzerland for another year or so and want to visit Zermatt while we are here.

Best 4 star in Zermatt is the Alex.
Great family hotel with great pool and very friendly staff
Snow was fantastic this year.
Make sure you visit Zum see (below furi) and chez vrony (below sunnegga)
