White lip balm

Is it me? Am I typing the wrong things into Google?!

I cannot for the life of me, find that little white tube of balm for the lips, that has a neck rope on it so that it can hang around the necks of little ones. Both DD's are really wanting it, and I would really like them to have it since they'll wear it and I'll know they're wearing it!

Where can I buy it? I thought this would be simple to buy!
