Who's who in the "about us" photo?

There's a picture on there of Justine, Carrie and Rachel. Just wondered which was which. No reason other than I've been on mn for 2+ years and never saw it before. Always wondered what they looked like, whether I might know them as they live round here (I don't ).
Can anyone enlighten me please?
