Aaaaaah, found it, was trying to put a photo on my profile without using anything and there is a link to Microsoft toy dewberrys.... Thanks and I already have it.

Its called Imageresizer.exe.

Ta very muchly RB. The hat is blardy soppy IMO, but it keeps the sun out. She looks like a Jelly fish
