Anyone else struggling to stay connected the last day or so ?

Mines OK. A bit slow but as I'm over the download limit (again) I think they're slowing me down on purpose!!

Yah boo to them 'cos I'm switching to Sky next week.

We have just switched to Sky and despite their assurances that we would only be without Broadband for half an hour, it actually stretched out to 2 and a half weeks aagh! You can only access Sky Broadband with their Router that they send you via courier, make sure you have got this before you are disconnected from your other supplier, or you will be internet free until Sky can be bothered to send one out to you.
If we don't see you for a while, we know what's happened

lol Jo - will bear that in mind.

I'm already struggling. ds1 managed to blow up both laptop adaptors and the one for mine is coming from Germany (and has supposedly been coming for almost 3 weeks) Aaargh!!

still having problems and keep beign disconnected. Wonder if it ahs anything to do with the BT van along the road earlier ?

They e-mailed me cece. It was massively over thought. 16 thingies (whatever it is measured in) when we only pay for 2 and it's month on month. ds2 downloading episodes of Lost etc.

ours is slow as hell, but i'm really pissed off with them, for 10 months we've been paying for package 3 they've increased our amounts to £83.50 p/m (I tell u now there'sd NO WAY i'm making that many phone calls esp as they also bill us on the hub phone)

anyhow today DH rang them and they said oh you only have the 1mg connection speak to sales if u want more we're on the 8 mg connection ffs the sales bloke confirmed it to DH - we bloody should be i'm paying enough for the damn service - not to mention every 3/4 days the hub has to be re booted and set again - the internet phone works when it wants to and all the whole you cna't talk to anyone who makes any sence cos they don't seem to understand the bloody problem anyhow.

to that end when august comes round we're moving and I don't care what DH says.
