In light of what is going on I am sitting here feeling all sad as something that has helped me so much may be taken away.

I thought it might be nice to share a few things tht mumsnet has done for us...

-I was able to find sympathetic people when I sat at my PC crying when DD could not settle into school and I left her crying every day for weeks.

-For the first time I met others and was able to talk about cervical incompetence.

  • I got a baby Annabell rather than a cheap imitation.

  • I was able to talk about and work out what to say one difficult parents evening.

  • Loads of emergancy quick questions ('how many chapters in Goblet of Fire' how do I defrost this..)

  • how to best deal with my DD molloscum

  • exactly what ballnatis is

  • Help me get on top of things generally with a day to day routine

  • companionship and friendship when I have really needed it.

Taught me to and supported me thru bresatfeeding

answered tons of questions on health and accidents etc ie: a&e - to go or not to go?

makes me laugh when im sad

keeps me amused when im bored

makes me feel i do have someone when i need someone

has taught me so much

lets me prattle on about cloth nappying to people who also prattle on about cloth nappying

has given me so much ie: unwanted stuff that has helped me lots, like nappy bits and pieces. paulaplumpbottom and her family gave our family christmas for which i am eternally grateful and i still cry when i think about it!! also everyone else who sent us stuff - thank you so much. xx

im sure there is loads more.

i love mumsnet. x
i love all mumsnetters even more!

  • I discoved Moon cups

_ Discovered Soapnuts

  • My children recieved Christmas gifts from some wonderful mumsnetters. I really mean this.It made me cry for days because these people were so kind.

  • I have had support when my child was bullied at school

  • I have had some good laughs

  • I have got some good housework tips ( then forgot them all)

  • Learnt lots of beauty tips and ladygaren upkeep tips

  • It is a big part of my life and I don't want it to stop. My house would be a lot cleaner but hey ho.

  • Amazing links to other websites that I just wouldn't of found.

  • I can talk about anything on here. There are things we talk about on here that I couldn't talk about with RL friends.
