Help! Trying to upload photo when creating a post in Small Ads

aznerak · 05/03/2007 16:01

I had a small ad that has now expired. I had a photo in the original ad.

However, try as I might, when I try to create a new Small Ad and I click on the upload photo link, I get a pop up window saying:
You may upload a picture only for a thread which you started (with your current nickname)

Why is this happening?

It is a new thread and it is my current nickname.

Please advise what I should do?????

Hmm, I'm all confused now. Which topic are you putting the ad in? I thought you meant small business ads, but that topic doesn't accept pictures. Could you let me know which one you are using. In the meantime, if you want to create the thread and email me the link to it along with the picture, I'll add the picture manually.

Sorry for the confusion,
Tech

I was trying to post a new thread in SMALL BUSINESS ADS. At the top, before you enter your email address for invoice purposes, you can click on a link whereby you can then upload a photo. I know it used to work as the ad I place back in mid December had a photo that I uploaded.
If you have withdrawn that facility, then that would explain my problem, but then it would be helpful to remove the script about uploading photos by doing x, y and z.
I am more than happy to create the ad and email you the photo - whatever is easiest.
Thanks
