Pictures on the Mumsnet app

I sometimes see on threads that posters can see pictures put up by other posters. ( i don't mean links to other sites like clothes- somebody had pics of the hedgehog in their garden) I cannot see any pictures. Is that because I use the Mumsnet app?

Any chance you'll fix the app where if you type in pound / euro signs or anything deviating from letters and numbers it goes haywire, please.
It's been 'broken' for over a year- since the last upgrade.

I think that the update to which Amy has referred is now to be 'later this year' (ie later in 2015) so I wouldn't be expecting changes any time soon I'm afraid.

I'd like to see pics on the app, I'd also like the OP's posts to be highlighted (and mine) like on the desktop site.
