Excuse me Mumsnet - I would like to suggest a new section please

I would LOVE to see a new debating section, where you can post your opinions freely and where any offence taking is forbidden!

I love a good debate, but it seems like every topic nowadays ends up with everyone storming off in all directions!

It would be nice to have a section that caters for those people who want to engage in some real "arguing" - I DO NOT mean somewhere its ok to be personally abusive, but somewhere you can argue your different opinion on a topic, even getting heated on that topic. those prone to taking heated debates and turning them into personal attacks would obviously choose to not join in cos they would know in advance that things posted in that section are likely to get hot!
