They are snot crystals, Tee.

You add water and they turn into (vaguely) strawberry flavoured snot.

It helps you lose weight because attempting to drink (vaguely) strawberry flavoured snot makes you feel so sick that you fair lose your appetite.

well yes, but I am always looking for ways to not WANT to eat. I figure I will do better if I am not constantly walking past the fridge, stroking it lovingly.
