Not sure if its my phone or the site

Few times in the past few hour when I have tried viewing mumsnet a message has come up saying Cannot load page. Technical difficulties and something about a server and DNS.

I copied what it said but it wont allow me to paste it

That's most likely a connection problem between you and ISP, or possibly DNS systems at your ISP, unles MNHQ can confirm some server problems...

If you are using a laptop or desktop there may be a way around it (but means messing with network settings on system, so that instead of using your home router, or ISP network servers {which are most commonly used}, you can use other DNS machines on the internet, eg 8.8.8.8 from Google, or 208.67.222.222, or 208.67.220.220 - these last two belong to OpenDNS, which has the added benefit of blocking many porn sites, so can help limit accidental access by a child).

If you are not using a laptop or desktop, but a mobile phone or a tablet, it may still be possible, by modifying settings in your router, but probably not for the feint hearted!

I'm not very good with technology. All ai know is my phone uses Internet Explorer
