so that those who do not wish to put their head above the parapet can express their view - and we can perhaps have an end to the hysterics?

I'd suggest the following questions

Do you object to mumsnet taking any ad for formula

yes - a great deal

yes - a little

I don't have strong feelings about it

no - i'm glad they can

Do you object to a particular company

yes (write in name or names)

no

are you joking? tell me you're joking.
They asked before they ran it. Now there are around 10 threads with people all expressing opinons about it.

wasn't exactly joking - just sick of the fuss. Think they asked before by posting a thread and that very public way gets responses from the vocal but not from everyone who uses the site. Some users may not even visit these boards.

I see nothing wrong with that idea. The number of threads on it is just ridiculous and I for one have avoided the site because of it (though I'm sure there'll be people glad of that ) - it just does my head in.

I find peanut shakes work the best. Gets rid of all colic and constipation!

But i don't advertise it too much because i wouldn't want to be accused of brainwashing.

we could start our own supply business and advertise on mumsnet
