There are coloured posters around and fliers have gone to every form group, and it's been advertised in Science lessons. Places are limited for the club which will meet after school. I heard about it and was really inspired - seeing for once something that would really excite kids like mine ....

Out of nearly 600 pupils eligible to apply they have had an enquiry from one student

There are lots of reasons why this might be, and I find all of them deeply depressing

What exactly is Space Camp?
My son's going to his first Astronomy club meeting this lunchtime and when the announcement was made last week, he was the only one in his class to express an interest. I really hope that when he goes today he's not the only one. He thinks he wants to be an astrophysicist (he's Year 7) but I'm not convinced he actually knows what it means
Hope your schools Space Camp gets some more interest.
