Anyone elses school abolished Study Leave?

Went to a fab Parents Evening for Yr11 Parents, preparing for the GCSE revision stint etc. Was VERY impresed with the teachers, who actually seemed genuinely interested in getting the best out of our kids.

Last year, they stopped Study Leave and had revision clubs etc at school. Achieved 74% GCSE 5 A*-C's so very happy and going to do it again.

My DD is not happy as works very well on her own & not wanting to do Group Revision, but she won't have a choice.

Do other schools do this?

DD's school didn't have study leave last year - they had revision classes, but they had to be in school all day if they didn't have an exam. If they did have an exam, they only had to go in for the exam. Oh yes, they did get one whole day off - the day of the prom they let them have the whole day off to get ready! The results were very good, I think better than the previous year.
DD said it was mostly people working on their own, but a teacher was there if you had questions.
