Which boarding or private schools in the UK offer foundation (or full ride) scholarships?

Sorry not familiar with the terminology . Do you mean 100% scholarships ? If so relatively few as most now offer lower value scholarships but have a bursary fund to top up those on lower incomes who might not otherwise afford a place, which may combine to 100%.

as above, now more likely to be called a bursary, some will be just 'means tested' = everybody welcome to apply and school will decide depending on parent income and assets.
Other schools may offer bursaries but make them dependent on student being 'scholarship' standard before inviting application for a bursary, after which the bursary would again be means tested.
It normally states on each schools website if they are part of a foundation, what area of the uk were you looking at?
You should be aware that 100% is quite rare and you have to do a very detailed financial disclosure sometimes a long timw before the student would be due to start ao check closing dates very carefully.
