Durham Council are giving the new GCSE students the chance to take fish oil for the whole year leading up to their GCSEs in the hope it will improve their concentration. Anyone else gonna try this?

My DS has been taking capsules for some time - he thinks it may help him (in his GCSEs next year)- I don't mind bolstering his confidence. He doesn't eat much food containing Omega 3 and I'm taking cod liver oil capsules because it is good for your bones and immune system so I don't think it can do anything bad. I did have to try several varieties on him as he won't (say's he can't) swallow a cheap capsule and chews the flavoured (orange or blackcurrant) ones instead. Haliborange is selling capsules called "Teensense" now with a higher dosage than the children's capsules. When I was a child (in the dark ages) children were given free cod liver oil - washed down with concentrated orange syrup - on the NHS.
