Cotton Anniversary coming up, help me find an original gift that can be taken abroad

please

Dh and I will be celebrating our 2nd wedding anniversary whilst we are abroad on our family holiday. The 'theme' for 2 years is apparently cotton, which in theory should be pretty straightforward but I can't think of anything other than monogrammed hankies or undies....

Buy a really nice white tshirt, find out how to get kids to paint on it, and have the colours stay?

that's an idea... Although I'd like it to be from me really, the t-shirt idea is a great Fathers Day idea though

Buy a piece of handmade paper made from cotton (traditionally that's what it's made of) and paint a picture on it.
