He ticked most of the boxes here

If you think you may be in an abusive relationship, or even an unhealthy/co-dependent one:

GET READING. EDUCATE YOURSELF.

I kept a diary and when I look back it is all so clear.
I stayed because I loved him, but also because I thought I didn't deserve better, because I thought he needed my help, and that with work he could change.
Well I've changed. He has stayed the same. He left me, and did me a massive favour. Now I know he left me because I was too strong for him, and he needed to find someone weaker.
He has, and she is already besotted by him.
I feel sorry for her.
He nearly broke me, and if I ever trust anyone again it will be a fkin miracle.

Most of you know who I am, I posted on THAT thread and I have a gorgeous DD.
Anyway, it doesnt matter.
If there's one thing all we abuse survivors have in common its the desperate wish to save someone else from it.
