AIBU TO BE PISSED OFF...since having DS, #2, been barely in work. now am trying to find new/more and its not going anywhere, rejection rejection etc. ... its been getting me down, especially when am also doing 120% housework and redecorating place we bought, with deadlines and cashshort. so last night was really upset and f*er wouldn't even talk to me, just says, 'you're being unreasonable' - of course i am being unreasonable, I am upset and REALLY frustrated - oh and have very bad pMT this month too- so eventually he deigns to talk to me and gets ANGRY with me for being emotional. his life b4 me (with me?) was very sad so realise there is a limit to what can expect, but just feel like he can't be arsed to pull his finger out and try to connect with me...
m fed up with feeling washed up at age of 41 and ignored by family - kids are cute but small so require everything doing for them! argh... any pearls of wisdom on how to cope? thanks...

Put down the housework, step away from the paintbrush, leave the DCs with Dad and go take some time for yourself... go see friends for a few days perhaps. Stress is very corrosive and I think you need a break.
