Annabel Karmel lunchbox recipes - chicken and mango salad

I used to have this book and am looking for this recipe. Maybe it doesn't have mango in it at all cos I can't find anything similar online. I do remember that you poached the chicken in stock and sure that it also included pasta.

Can you help? We're going to a picnic this evening and I thought this would be perfect.
