I have just seen I only need 4 tbsp of stock so not much liquid needed at all though I am putting in two eggs.

Okay, thank you.
Out of those I would use the balsamic vinegar, but not 3 tablespoons, say half that?

Oh heck, all out of wine.

Have soy sauce, balsamic vinegar, white wine vinegar and lea & perrins. I need the port for the flavour rather than the liquid I am guessing.
Sherry?

Links The simplest way to insert a link is to enter the link itself, surrounded by [[ and ]]. So if you type [[www.mumsnet.com]], the link will display as http://www.mumsnet.com. If you want your link to display text other than the web address itself, leave a space after the address then add the text before the ]]. So "Look at [[www.mumsnet.com this page]]", would display "Look at this page".
