i actually am not a wogan listener, but i like chris evans drive time,
am more upset at who will do drive time?

me too. When I drive home it's a choice between Chris Evans and that really annoying bloke on Radio One. If chris is replaced with someone awful I will have to find another channel I suppose.

Who do you think it might be? What are the options?

Ooh, no but poss makes sense as R5 moving to Manchester and he wants to stay in London. Don't like Simon Mayo. I mean, he's ok but just too smug for me.

detest chris evans but listen to radio london in the morning so not arsed.

I'd prefer Maconie as well but think he'll stay with the Mark Radcliffe

I was a bit unsure about Chris but I've really got to like him. I like Stuart Maconie - good call.

Well I'm a lifelong Wogan listener (used to listen on my way to school), and will be devastated when he goes, he announced our wedding on his show 17 years ago.

I've always said that Terry is the only man who can make me laugh early in the morning.

But it wasn't unexpected, nor that he'll be replaced by Chris Evans (altho I hope he'll be more reliable than when he did the Radio 1 breakfast show a few years back). I think now he's grown up, he'll be good in the breakfast slot.

Just hope they don't sling Mark Radcliffe/ Stuart Maconey in the drivetime slot.

Bring Back Richard Allinson.

I love Danny Baker. He has covered on R2 before. Maybe could do drivetime.

Sad about The Togmeister. Chris Evans too manic for breakfast imo.

What has happened to Jo Whiley? Didn't I read recently that she is finally leaving Radio One, and if so, would she be a candidate for any Radio Two openings?
