TA is in a purple patch at the moment, rewarding listeners for wading through the dross of the previous year few months. Welcome all!

Hello there PseudoBadger, be careful on these boards. With a user name like that,Daveed will be after you! Shotgun in one hand, shovel in the other.

TB or otherwise, Daeveed's a one man killing machine.

Nigel, Jethro Larkin and a harmlessbadger, how many more bodies is he going to notch up?

Fab that Kirsty mentioned Brenda. Maybe he'll start thinking about what Kirsty wants for their wedding too

Thank you once again Pseudo .

Bloody hell Helen, you are the most horrible cow ever to your poor parents. I hope dreadful things befall you and your poor son.

They are both so blinkered aren't they Willie . Mind you so is Pat, as was pointed out by Peggy during their cosy chat the other day.

Marking place.

Where are Mike and Vicky? Invisible these days.

Oh and - belatedly - yay for Eddie. Some banging-heads-together is long overdue for the Grundy lads.

She's a clever girl - was it just.me that found that pretty patronising? And did Rob really ask Helen to choose pretty did she feel she had to? Big red flags waving as they say on the relationships board.

Report
ComposHat · 02/02/2014 20:47

Oh god, Helen really is a rotten cow.

I assume she is so opposed to continuing her relationship with her parents that she'll be chucking her job with them?

Report
PseudoBadger · 02/02/2014 20:49

Good episode.

Stage 2 for Rob then - Helen's family and fiends nicely alienated. Cheminotte I also hated the 'girl' comments

I was slightly disappointed that he didn't lay the law down to Hellin instead of being all apologetic and consolatory.

She basically invited him into her parents' house without asking, expected them to provide a meal and play happy families with a man they neither like or approve of.

She's got some brass neck that Hellin.
