Nobody? I like Eddie Grundy. I dislike a few of them, Brian and Jenny, Shula and Pip.

I know it isn't a popular choice but I still love Lillian and Matt. They used to be believable and make me laugh.

Yes, they off set each other and live the high life! They're rebels.

Can't stand Tom or any of the Bridge Farm lot really. I read about their treatment of Sharon and Hayley (on MN) after John's death. Bastards.

Will. God, I wish something awful would happen to him. He's so bloody angry the whole time. I think there will be a domestic abuse storyline somewhere in the future here. Nic is in a vulnerable position now and she does not seem able to talk sense into him much anymore.

Shula. You can hear her wringing her hands every time she opens her mouth. Sod off!
I still think it was her who sent the anonymous letter to the Bishop about Alan and Usha. Nasty cow.

I love Brian! I know we're supposed to hate him, He's fab though!
Always loved Lillian but recent storylines have changed my mind a bit.
Love Jenny, she's the most outrageous snob but I love it when she gets knocked off her perch (Alice & Chris marriage storyline), brilliant!

Really like Usha - one of the few strong women who is not an Archer.
I can't think of anyone I really dislike, Tom, Pat, Cathy can all be a bit annoying of course.

Agree with a lot of teaandcake. Cant help liking Bryan , Jennifer or Lilian.

I think cathy - she is so moany and self centred.

Helen - spoiled, silly and vacuous.

Love love love Lynda Snell. She is so funny, and always means well, even when she gets things wrong, and she is interested in stuff.

Worst? The young characters are mostly rubbish, and Helen is beyond wet.

Yes and I don't mind joelene either.

Emma, always moaning but even if she wasn't moaning, that voice is so snivelly.

Neil is ok too. I love it when he growls like Marge Simpson

Susan, reliably gossipy and so well acted. Remember "Nisha" coming to dinner? And since Alice and Chris got married, Any scene with both Susan and Jennifer in it has been sublime.

Worst, well it used to be Phil, no contest, dull old bugger, but now his namesake granddaughter Pip has assumed the mantle- somebody lock her in a mega dairy and throw away the key, please.

How true, he was boring. Pip is like a child. The rest of her
family are quiet and level headed. Usha's strong, independant and intelligent. I hate the Bridge Farm Archers too, self righteous but treat outsiders like dirt.

It kills snobs Jenny and Brian to be related to the Carters. Neil and Chris are way better than them.

Linda and Robert are funny as are Kenton and Jolene, all well matched. Fallon and Kirsty are sensible nice girls. Don't like the new Clary but the Grundy's are great!

How can you say bad things about Phil!Shock
I can't imagine Norman Painting allowing SATTC and all the current rubbish getting beyond the committee stage.

I always think Linda is actually the most genuinely good-hearted person in Ambridge. I had a little tear that time she was helping Vicky out by doing the washing and had bought the same washing powder/conditioner so her clothes would smell familiar to Bethany. It's the same as when she went and apologised to Jazzer over the clan-chief the other week.

I'm sure I said years ago under a different name that I was worried they were building Will/Nic up to a DV storyline - he went through a really controlling phase about her working in the pub, and his comment about how he put her straight about a baby name the other day had a real 'edge' to it. I always think he comes across as really horrible.

I love Lilian, Brian, Jennifer. Can't bear pat: she's so self-righteous and moany and always gets her way in the end. I'm missing Alan and Usha at the moment. Where are they?

I have a love hate thing about Alice. Her voice and intonation annoys me so much, but I also find her weirdly attractive...

David irritates me, I like Ruth though. Tom sausage I'm fond of, and Helen as she's so vulnerable.

Agree Nic Will relationship is worrying.

David does redeem himself at times - he was sweet to Lizzy when she was upset.

Love Brian but agree he has mellowed!

Tony winds me up - for ever moaning about everything. It makes me laugh how he doesn't like Cathy when really they were made for each other Smile.

Pip has one of the most annoying voices on radio.

I really like Jill and wish she was my mum. I cannot abide Tom, or Helen but like others have a soft spot for Lynda Snell.
