It's the way she the actress talks - every s and t over-enunciated. Does anyone, especially a 20 year old, talk like that?

As for her brattishness, she's got a point about if she was at some uni 'away' her mum wouldn't have a clue what she was doing every minute, but..... she's at a local uni, which she chose, so she could still live at home and work on the farm (thought it was weird when she applied - I couldn't leave home for uni fast enough). What does she expect? I wish she'd just bog off, she's behaving like a 14 year old!

i know she is pathethic and if it was real life she wouldn't have many friends or a boyfriend, not even the long suffering spencer!!!

Agree with both points, Songbird.

And it's all a bit dull because it's so similar to the Jude storyline.

Songbird · 06/03/2013 11:40

I wasn't listening during the Jude crisis - a good thing, I'm thinking! Between Pip, Alice and Tom, I'm not sure why I listen really!

What irritates me is the way she says 'oh' in every sentence, usually at the start, Alice does the same. Gah!

Songbird · 06/03/2013 12:47

Yes, Alice does a weird groany thing that really gets my goat.

Well at least Alice has something to groan about now.

And I am groaning at the fact that Chris is the 4th character I can remember to have been in a coma. the last 3 all survived with no long-term effects, I'm thinking they might change the script this time.

Songbird · 08/03/2013 11:08

Yep, he'll either die or be severely disabled. That'll learn her for having more ambition than her master husband!
