Feedback - WTF?

Remembered from last week and see it has happened again.

'Feedback', which carries listener comments and complaints, and in my view should be on 50 weeks of the year, not 6 weeks on, 6 weeks off (and yes, they could get someone else for when Roger Bolton is on holiday!), has lost some of its slot for the Fi Glover junk, show 'The Listening Project'.

I guess the thinking might have been "this bit is dedicated to listeners so we can chop 5 minutes for them to listen to one of our pet projects, about the public in general."

Why not 5 minutes out of the 'World at One', since they extended that from 30 to 45 they could cut it back to 40 minutes, as that is surely more listened to than 'Feedback', if the aim is to give a few minutes exposure to this project, and WatO could easily lose 5 minutes again, temporarily.

Oh no, I really like the Listening Project.

And although I theoretically approve of Feedback, in reality its jolly dull. But then so is the World at Sodding One, which is much like the World How It Was This Morning From Seven Till Nine, which is much like the World is Going to Be At Six and then Again At Ten.

LOL. So true,except that you will find that the morning is a huge three hours from six til nine.

Talking of Feedback (which I like. I find Roger Bolton so reassuring) did everyone hear this little gem a few weeks ago?
