Best rear facing pushchair?

Been a while since I've had a pram so does anyone have opinions on a decent one that can face forward and back? Suitable from birth and easy to push around gravel, hills, grass etc. We do a lot of walking so something good on different terrains would be great.

Britax vigour is a good 3 wheeler that is rear facing. We have had ours since birth and are about to sell. Will miss it as the best pram we have ever had.

I love my 3-wheeler quinny-buzz. We took dc for a walk in the woods, and we had no problems at all with the buzz, it was muddy, bumpy etc and imo it was fine

Bugaboo Chameleon has never let us down on any terrain. Really easy to swap from rear to forward facing and also to flip the handle so the large wheels are at the front rather than the back. This made it much easier to push up a muddy grassy wet hill recently.

Silver cross linear freeway.. great in everyway, can be either facing, comfy for child, lay flat, from birth to toddler and great on most surfaces too, can also attach car to wheels for ease if just nipping from car for a mo.. big shopping basket too

I second Harley re the Silver Cross Sleepover on a linear chassis.
I bought the whole travel system (£440), but the pushchair is still great for my toddler, she can sleep totally flat in it, face both directions, it's roomy. Use it every day, it's certainly taken lots of battering, round towns, fields, woods, shops etc etc. Great to have somewhere for her to sleep when we go to friend's houses too.
Downside - it weighs a lot, so I have a 5kg Mclaren for travel, throwing in the car etc.

Love love love my iCandy Cherry. I have it in the smart Fudge colour rather than the (IMO) slightly garish red and black. BUT I was in Mamas and Papas the other day and they have this really cool looking new travel system that looks a bit like a spider, faces both ways, folds really easily and has a carry cot attachment. If I had my time again I would take a serious look at that one.

Bugaboo Cameleon hands down. On sand, mud, dirt, you flip the holding bar over and have the big wheels in the front. In the city you just use the small wheels in the front, they swivel and slide and the pram moves weightlessly. Best thing we ever bought.

It's expensive but at least you get great quality. Try it out in a shop. I was amazed and it's so comfy because of the cushioning.
