6 month wait for iCandy Peach footmuff

I ordered an iCandy Peach in October and whilst I picked up the chassis, Caarycot and stroller in December, I'm still waiting for the footmuff. The retailer tells me the problem is with iCandy - is anyone else having the same problem? I think 6 months is a bit of an unreasonable wait.

I think it's an unreasonable wait - but I also think that if you're in the UK, you don't need a footmuff any more so I'd cancel it.

There are a few small independent shops which will have stock of them. I recently wanted two for my peach blossom and called around a few places for prices, some Local nursery shops had them in stock, some others had to order them in.
Why don't you call around a few shops and if you manage to find them instock somewhere then cancel your original order.
I had heard that iCandy now had them in stock anyway so they were due to be sending out to the suppliers asap.
Give the shop a call and find out what's happening.
Good luck.

Thanks. I e-mailed iCandy via their website, but they haven't bothered to reply. It's really shoddy service and although I love the pram I certainly wouldn't recommend the brand to people.

With the recent cold weather I decided to get two fleeces for my peach blossom, my local store only had the footmuff for the upper seat in stock so I got another store to post me the lower one out on Weds, it arrived on Friday. Ring around, I had no problem finding one or getting the store to sent it to me.

Yesterday my sister in law ordered a peach blossom for September and been told it will be available mid June, the cosy toes and parasol will be available at the same time, she won't have anything else after she first saw me with a peach in Jan!!

Our local shop is Bumps and Babes in Sharnbrook and have always been totally reliable for me.
