help bugaboo car seat adaptors stuck need to go out!!!

I've not yet used these, put on chasis fine with caer seat now can't get out of the car seat to put in the car and we need to go out!!! please help!!!

Is it a maxi cosi car set? If so, you need to press the little grey buttons at the side of the car seat to release it.

Phew, not sure how I missed that - thank you, glad I decided to have a practise before getting outside in the rain
