pushchair for 18month old

Looking for something for our almost 18 month old. We do a lot of walking can sometimes be off road but also use public transport trains/busses.

We currently have a quinny buzz 3 which suits most of our needs except we cant really fold it and it takes the same amount of space folded as upright pretty much anyway. I got our stroller from dd1 out recently which is a britax bmobile but dd2 just slumps and looks soo uncomfortable. Though sleeps a lot longer in it as it reclines fully flat which the quinny doesn't.

I have looked at things like the nipper 360, phil and teds and mountain buggy but they are all pricey new and can't seem to see any second hand near me. I also wonder how much I am going to use it for with dd2 walking now. Does anyone have any suggestions for something else I could look at?

There is a second hand babyjogger city classic near me which I am going to look at but think it might be too big for getting on busses.
