Hello everyone!
I am expecting my first child in November and am hoping you can all share you're good/bad pram/pushchair/travel system experiences!

I am looking to get a travel system ideally but most important to me is being able to have it for a newborn that would be able to change into a sit up one when she gets older. and also be able to put it in the car - however I do have a landrover freelander so size when folded doesn't really matter!

I'm hoping to find something that isn't too expensive but am open to buying second hand and just buy and brand new car seat so feel free to suggest expensive brands that I might be able to find somewhere for a bargain!

Thank you :)

What you have described covers pretty much pram you can buy...

To narrow things down what are your more specific needs?

How tall are you and anyone else who will push the pram regularly?

Do you walk most places or drive so will be folding and lifting your pram all the time? Ie is the weight of the pram an important factor?

Do you mind taking it apart to fold or would you rather it folds in one single piece?

Do you walk mostly on pavement or will you need to go on rougher terrain?

Would you rather have a separate carrycot followed by a pushchair seat or a lie flat seat suitable from birth?

Do you want a parent facing option? If so for how long, will carrycot stage be enough or do you want the pushchair seat to parent face too?

Do you really want the car seat to go on the chassis or would you be happy buying a newborn to 18kg car seat that stayed in the car instead?

Also crucially, what level of not expensive are we talking about here?
