Pushchair and. Buggy for twin newborns

Hi, I am about to foster twin newborns and am looking to get 2 double pushchairs - an umbrella or flat fold buggy to keep in the people carrier and a bigger one for home / school run / locals shops and to use on bus or tram. As a foster carer, i will be using them for a long time with every combination of ages, so quality is more important than cost to me. I currently have a Phil and Teds which I find cumbersome, I had a bugaboo donkey in the past which I liked. My favourite pram is my single I candy cherry. Does anyone have any suggestions for me? It also needs to be 'bland' so I don't stand out in shopping centres etc.

If you like the Cherry, then stick with iCandy and look at the Apple 2 Pear or the Peach Blossom 2. The latter is a bit less bland, but its better for shopping with as its got some basket space.
