iCandy peach or bugaboo bee? Help me choose!

Help me choose!
I live in a small town, don't really drive much (my car is a corsa but only used on short trips; DH's bigger car will be used for longer jaunts), think pram will be mainly used to walk in and out of town, around parks, and then on daytrips. Pushchair will live in small front room. Where possible, I hope to use sling, but would like pushchair for shopping, lugging stuff around.

Narrowed choice down to two: icandy peach and bugaboo bee.

iCandy: baby can sleep overnight in carrycot if need be. Feels sturdy. Best bit is this is our first child, but we hope to have a second in the not too distant future, and this one converts to a twin (toddler+baby) pushchair. Has much better shopping basket than bee.

Bugaboo: folds down into one, v small and compact. BUT newborn cocoon doesn't feel v safe (I know it must be to pass safety tests, etc). Also feels much less sturdy than iCandy peach - is it? Also, do babies mind being strapped in?
Doesn't convert into two-seater, but then you never know what will happen in life, and we may only need a one-seater.

Other issue - both are compatible with maxicosi car seat. How often do you use this option? Is it much more of a faff getting baby in and out of pram? Is it more sensible to go for a birth to 4-years car seat?

Advice very welcome : )

Forgot to say, we have space to store carrycot if we go with this option, but are they useful or pointless?

I bought a birth to 4 year car seat (Britax First Class)...Used it on journey home from the hospital before deciding a baby car seat was a lot easier...Tiny babies nearly always fall asleep in the car and may wake up if you try taking them out of the car seat, unless you want to sit in the car for hours, which i have done as my DD disturbs even moving the baby car seat once she got older...We only put the car seat onto the Frog frame for a couple of months if we were nipping into the supermarket...In the last month i've finally started using the First Class Rear facing (she's 18 months tomorrow) but i find the 5 point straps so fiddly compared to 3 point baby car seat straps...Plus i've bumped DD head a few doors on the door frame in the Britax whereas be a lot harder to do in a baby car seat, especially if in car seat before you put baby in the car...To cut down on fiddling i recommend a car seat base.

If you are looking for one that converts to a double check out bAby jogger select. Probably much more compact than icandy
