lightweight stroller for newborn?

i live in a flat and consequently had to transfer DS into a umbrella fold when he was a bit too little really as I couldn't manage the stairs with my heavy pram. I'm going to have the same problem with DC2 next year so thinking ahead! I need to get a lightweight umbrella fold, suitable from birth that doesn't cost too much... Any recommendations? I'd prefer one with a bigger hood too (i.e. 2 segments IYGWIM). Also, DS will be 2 when DC2 arrives so I may need one that can fit a buggy board. Ta!

Maclaren Techno XLR? You can get a carrycot for it which will be cosy for a newborn. Not sure about the hood though.

I have an Obaby Atlas Sport Plus which is suitable from Birth as it lies completely flat and the footrest is adjustable so you can put it up as a makeshift carrycot. It comes with newborn headhugger and when teamed with a nice fleece lined cosy toes the baby should be more than comfy. (I've only used it for my Ds from about 13 months though)

PS, The Obaby is much cheaper than the Maclaren.

For my Obaby I got a Clare De Lune Red cosy toes from Boots for £20, and it matches perfectly, so still cheaper than the maclaren.
