how can i fix a rip in foam handle of my quinny buzz

just bought a second hand buzz and there is a tear in the foam handle its not major but i'd like it fixed anyone had the same problem and got it sorted?

black duct tape,or you can buy handle bar covers on ebay,fleecy or fabric which have a zip to keep them on.TBH if its not bad i wouldnt bother,because its foam it happens easily with putting it in/out of car etc.

superglue. I kid you not. If you it carefully, you will barely see the mark where it was.
Alternatively you could buy a reconditioned handlebar from dorel and do that. its not a major job to fix, but can be slightly fiddly.
