maclaren quest how far does it recline?

I know I could check in a shop but I've seen a soon-to-end bargin on ebay and won't have time to shop before it ends.

From what I can work out it doesn't go all the way back but one review says 'almost all the way.' Would you describe it as lying down or is it basically just leaning back a bit?

Also, is it fiddly to recline? I really need an umbrella stroller but on a very tight budget. Are the Quests a budget option that are not very comfy for babies or are they ok?

Thanks

people seem to really rate the quest (better than the triumph) but it doesn't go flat on the recline so not suitable for a newborn.

I love my Quest (have had 2) both my ds' have took naps in theirs so although it isn't completely flat it's enough to sleep in.

Thanks for the reply - yes seen loads of positive reviews for it.

I should have added that ds is 11 months so doesn't need to go all the way back but I just wondered how far it goes - will he be lying down or essentially just leaning back a bit?

It's not just leaning back a bit it's not that far off flat really. It's suitable from 3mth old i think.

It would be fine for an 11 month old.
