Good letting agent in Chatham Kent? Recommendations or ones to avoid?

Hi,

Will have a one bed flat to rent out in Chatham next month. I'm looking for a good letting agent who will choose tenants well and keep on top of them, sort issues for me etc and obviously % taken needs to be reasonable.

I'm a tenant through these and I've found them really good. Assume that means they'd also be good for the landlords?

I like them as they didn't charge me ridiculous rip off admin fees, I've had a couple of repairs done very quickly, nice and normal people in office instead of suited and booted estate agent types. (They aren't estate agents as well, they just do lets and also own a lot of propertes themselves).

With regards to choosing the tenants, they were quite fussy. You have to register your details with them before they'll even show you what they've got. Did usual credit and reference checks. Also when I was in their office a man came in to ask about properties who looked a bit rough and they just told him they had no properties available, sorry!

Fairways lettings were really good as a tenant and my landlord who was a pain in the arse rents out several houses through them so they must be good from a landlords point of view.
