House in Kevington

But I do not know much about the area and was wondering if anybody would have anything against Kevington or this part of Orpington.

Don't know anything about the area, sorry, but couldn't help but comment on the ridiculous estate agent's description of the property. I've read some poor agent's spiel but this has to be the worst ever

Gosh, people really do leave everything to the estate agents!!! how can any owner be happy (and approve) with marketing details like these?
And I hate the latest trend of using those awful wide angle lenses that makes everything positively palatial, no need here at all as the house has good proportions.

It's very near Star Lane, home of fly tipping, burnt out cars and the traveller cemetery. I wouldn't live near there although have friends who live in St Mary Cray High Street and that isn't too bad an area.
