Think www.viewalongtheway.com/2013/06/easy-high-impact-update-make-your-tab-top-curtains-look-custom/ this might do the trick!! Aha!! Bye bye horrible tab top, hello minimalist!

I reckon they've used a heading tape like this www.curtain-corner.com/3040114.html and once the curtains are opened you'd still see the curtain track.

You could try a curtain track like this www.johnlewis.com/john-lewis-aluminium-slim-tracks-top-fixing-l250cm/p413409 but it's the heading tape not the track that gives the curtains that unfussy undulating look.

Maybe silent gliss wave? They do specific wave heading tape and gliders.

It is the Wave Curtain system by Silent Gliss. They have details on their web page.

I think you can probably get that wave effect with pretty much any curtain track. You could use ordinary header tape, perhaps with a bit of stiffening behind it, and DON'T GATHER IT. Attach hooks at EVEN SPACING: these will stay close to the track, forming the troughs of the wave, while the stiffened header will hold the rest out in a sinusoid all wave. You'd need to stick to reasonably lightweight curtains, or the unattached peaks will sag under the weight.

Thanks Milly and Sand!! Agree, it's the curtain heading tape that's the key!!
