Green paint help!

Does anyone know of a pale/subtle sage green colour for walls? The colour I've in mind is a greyish green but so far everything is too green, too deep or tending towards blue, duck egg tones.

Any suggestions?

I tried to find just this colour, nearly got there but when it dried was a nice shade of grey/blue! Grin Watching with hopeful interest...

just used Homebase Sage for doors. The colour is right but the gloss paint is not good, very hard to apply. Might be better in emulsion.

What about Laura Ashley eau de nil? Or is it too blue?

Dulux overtly olive. Or wilkinsons have a new chalk range and I think the green I like is folly. If you want more if a green grey there is a paint called limestone but not sure which brand

Light Blue by F & B is sagey (despite the name) You can get it colour matched by Johnstone's

I have light blue f&b in kitchen and I would say it is a grey duck egg.

I loved Dulux Leafy Cottage for a muddy sort of sage green. Compromised in the end (costs, would have had to get it mixed into kitchen paint at a decorator centre at twice the price, typical of my perfect choices really! ) Went for Dulux Willow Tree instead which is lovely but much fresher and mintier, not sagey at all.

I've tested Farrow and Ball's light blue before in our previous house and it came out quite blue but I might give it another go.

NonnyMuss - Dulux's leafy cottage is DPs current favourite (for chimney breast) but a bit olive for me.

I've just ordered testers of Dulux's Woodland pearl and highland falls so will see how those go.

Disappointed my favourite Farrow and Ball is failing me here - we had Theresa's Green in our hallway in previous house but it is definitely duck egg rather than sage...

I like Dulux Jurassic Stone - buy a tester just in case you find it a bit grey.

Light blue really is blue! The conservatory adjoins and I painted it overtly olive dulux (really is a sage) and you can tell the difference.

Try Crown's Land Army Green (from their vintage range). It's lovely!

Limestone by Neptune. Look at their website and you will see the green paints that they do in the background of kitchens and dining rooms throughout. The paint is very matt and very like Farrow and Ball. I'm thrilled with this paint.

Sage paint update - Dulux Highland Falls is most definitely a duck egg style green.

We had some luck with Dulux woodland pearl, but 3 is a little dark and 4 then looses they greyish tint as it lightens.

Thanks for the Neptune tip, Mummynanny67 - that's the kind of effect I'm after so will have a look

I'm also looking for a green so just marking my place.

I have a room in English Mist (Dulux) - which I love but I think it might be too green for you

Off White by F&B is a lovely muted green. The thing with F&B colours is they really change in different lights so worth a try.
