Cost of conservatory?

With baby no 3 on the way and our little 3 bed terrace already outgrown we are considering a conservatory to extend our kitchen and create a utility/breakfast area.

Before we start gathering quotes would really appreciate an idea of what other mumsnetters have paid for their conservatories and what size they were? thank you!

Ours was approx 3m x 4m and cost around £11k. However we needed a lot of ground work to raise the height of the floor. I think the actual conservatory was £6k.

Worth getting a few quotes - our first two quotes were £20k and £30k!
