Wanted - Architect recommendations in Surrey

Hi, looking to buy a property that'll need planning permission, full renovation / extension etc. Can anyone recommend an architect in the Horsley / Effingham area? Thanks

Hmmm, I know a very good architect and although they're based in Putney, they would travel for a bigger project. They're called 4D Studio.

Regardless, hope somebody comes with a nearer option.

I had MVL from Godalming over and they seemed quite good. I'm going with Kate Stoddard from Farnham area, I like how she buys houses and renovates them for her own family, so has a good idea on family priorities etc.
