The dalek!

The cupboard full of balls!

Is that a foot level mirror in the bathroom?

It's a lovely house though.

Ha! The dalek is bizarre but the bathroom decor is just frightening! Nice house though.

There's a vase of twigs and pebbley shit!!

One of my neighbours has a Dalek too, you used to be able to see it in the conservatory until she grew her hedge - now you can only just see her giraffe over the hedge.

I had to look 3 times before I found the cupboard of balls. Grin
Nice house.

I'm on a roll today ...
Bizarre animal in photo 6, random words in photo 10 and is that a real dog or an elaborate door stop in photo 13 ...

"Outside there are large mature gardens with an abundance of flora and fauna"

Flora, yes, but Fauna?

I'd love a dalek. Do you think I could buy one for my house or would it prefer to live in a bungalow?

I think the house looks nice - not exactly decorated to my taste and I'm not sure about the cavernous bathroom in pic 11 (could just be the photos).

I have no idea where Aughton is, but WOW it is a taste vacuum Grin

Good lord, I counted at least 6 tvs in that last one, plus the giant projector screen in the cavernous empty room.

And that animal in the dining room is just creepy, why would anyone need a giant ceramic bear in the room they eat in?

Aughton is not far from Southport in Merseyside.

Think WAGs and wannabe WAGs ...

Lovely house, but I have to admit OH and I might insist that the Dalek be included in the fixtures & fittings list :D :D :D

Forget the possibly fake dog/doorstop - what about the panther in the dining room?

Lovely house though, although I couldn't have that much black in the kitchen. Far too depressing.

Daleks are so last year.

But I can't see the cupboard full of balls - help me please.

Both lovely houses, did you notice in the 2nd house, photo 5, the agent taking the picture is reflected in the mirror Smile

I don't get the whole chaise longue thing though, why sit out in the hall when there are actual rooms for sitting in?

TheCrackFox · 20/09/2013 18:50

The bathroom is fabulously vulgar.

Nice house, though.

LOL - nice bland photo, nice bland photo, nice bland photo with a Dalek in it. [snort]

2nd house, piture 21: Why is there a cushion on the toilet?
And isn't it a gorilla in the dining room?

Report
SoupDragon · 20/09/2013 18:59

No, elephant. I think it may be an elephant - an actual "elephant in the room"

Report
SummerRain · 20/09/2013 19:29

It's a bear... Which ties in nicely with the thread title Wink

I was on my phone earlier and failed to spot the tail in the tiny picture Grin I think you're right about it being an elephant, look at the feet.
