Should my Landlord sort this ??

Was unsure where to post so bare with me please .
I am in a rented property (long term let ) & my kitchen is falling apart , cupboard doors keep falling off & 2 out of the 3 drawers have been repaired that much they are beyond repairable .
The cupboard under the sink inside is rotting & very damp .
I have been here two years & have tried my best to repair the cupboard doors & drawers but they are just unusable .
Should my landlord replace the units etc or can I just expect him to turn up with a screw driver & some nails again & ill just have to live with it ?

Hi, I don't think he is required to fit a new kitchen but the damp definitely needs to be sorted to maintain healthy living conditions.

wear and tear all round. Damp definitely needs to be sorted and the kitchen units need to be usable. New drawers/cupboard fronts should be ok if the carcases are ok - but he pays, not you.

I'm a LL and if the kitchen units are unusable then yes, he should replace them. Don't be surprised if he sticks the rent up at the next available opportunity though...
