How big is the cot? Their baby must be ginormous.

It is this.

Blush at my extensive knowledge of kidkraft kitchens. This is what having children did to me. 5 years ago I could have identified the make, model and price of a real kitchen at one glance. Now it is children's kitchens .

Well done Oreo! You must be so proud.

You see I looked at it and looked at it and thought "No ... no ... surely they haven't made a child's play kitchen the focal point of the room when they are trying to persuade someone to pay almost £600,000 for that fairly ordinary house in a fairly ordinary outer London suburb."

But seems they have Shock.

Do you think it is Granny and Grandad's house? There don't seem to be any other toys about the place.

I'm not sure Confused. It has a bit of a rental house look of it I thought.

Apart from the cot and the toy kitchen, there doesn't seem to be much of anything, let alone toys.

If I was trying to make £270K on what I paid I would have put more effort into the staging!

Oooooh you looked up what they paid! When was that then?

Tbh I take all Kinleigh Folkard valuations with a pinch of salt. They tend to over-value by miles.

It was back in 2005 so the market did rise a lot after that. No idea of the local market though, I'm at the other end of the country.

Frightening what you can market a house like that for in the area!
