cold weather filling/ painting

i just had my filling/ pinting job wshed away by the weekend rain -

which paint / filler is best for exterior stonework on seside house - very exposed to strong sunshine in summer and strong wind/ rain all year round.

i used ronseal exterior filler and sandtex weathershield paint but that is evidently not good enough!
