Prices for laying tiles (floor)

Anyone know how much this will cost? We are looking to have floor tiles laid throughout the ground floor - about 20m2 - porcelain tiles.

Our's was £25 a square metre, plus grout, adhesive etc. oh and tiles, obviously.

We are paying £345 for 6.5 m2. This includes grout and adhesive. It also includes re sealing the bath, and at the bottom of the wall and the top of the ledge tiles.

Apparently around £25 psm. Seems bloody expensive to me!
