does anyone know how much it costs to have a chair reupholstered?

roughly of course. I know the ultimate cost will depend on the fabric.Its just an old wing chair previously belonging to DH's grandmother.

I had a quote the other day to reuphoslter my grandmother's nursing chair. £200. That will also involve a bit of rescue work on the seat too - so mot just recovering. I'll be supplying the fabric, and he's requested 4sq mts of fabric.

Thanks MrsSharp that's helpful. didnt know whether it would be cost effective but that sort of cost will be fine Smile
